Her experience puts her in the role of training other franchise advisors. She founded Franchise Intellect and offers franchise consulting to individuals who are interested in pursuing franchise ownership and to franchisors that are looking to receive assistance in developing a franchise growth strategy and/or a training strategy. She specifically enjoys guiding her client’s in making a knowledgeable decision in selecting the best franchise based upon their criteria, with the objective of achieving financial health and life enjoyment.

Accomplished serial entrepreneur. Began professional career with a three-person, international computer hardware distributor. Company morphed into a B2B E Commerce software developer called TRADE’ex. TRADE’ex was sold in 2000 in a multi-billion dollar transaction to Ariba, Inc.
Thereafter, Tom started an automobile repossession firm in Birmingham, AL. Grew that company to one of the largest professional recovery agencies in the Southeast. Sold to RENOVO Services, LLC, a company building a national brand for repossession services. (Renovo is now known as Primeritus Financial Services, Inc.)
Currently Tom is the Regional Developer for the Massage Heights Franchise in the Greater Atlanta Metro.

Matt Andrew founded Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint in March 2008, and serves as the company’s Chairman, President & Chief Pizza Maker. Prior to founding Uncle Maddio’s, Andrew served as the Moe’s Southwest Grill President. Andrew was one of the original five founding members of Moe’s Southwest Grill having joined the company ten months after the concept was launched.

Andrew was responsible for running the company, overseeing operations, marketing, financial, franchise support, customer service and training departments. He has held various positions within the company acquiring skills and providing leadership. Since 2004, Andrew held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Services for Raving Brands Holdings, which included Moe’s, Mama Fu’s, Doc Greens, Boneheads and Monkey Joe’s. Andrew was responsible for managing the financial, legal, human resources and corporate administration functions for Raving Brands. Prior to this position, Andrew held the position of Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services for Moe’s. He provided leadership in building these departments from their inception.
Andrew earned an undergraduate degree from University of Florida. Matt enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, mountain biking and studying American history. Matt lives in Atlanta with his wife, Esther.
