Rick Crain (guest co-host) is the Founder and CEO of Breakthrough Business Solutions, an Atlanta based consulting firm specializing in Business and Leadership solutions for fast growth companies. His career stems from over three decades in leadership roles for the world’s largest employer services company where he was responsible for $300M in processing revenue. Rick has taken two startups to $15M and $45M respectively. He has won multiple industry awards for excellence in service and innovation.
Rick is one of the founding partners and co-developers of DrawSuccess, a fun and innovative process that transforms teams to high-performing based on playing a board game. Courtney Moss/City Club of Buckhead
Courtney Mercedes Moss is originally from Douglasville, GA the only child of Mignon and Gary. Courtney attended a small private school K- 12th . After high school, she attended the University of West Georgia for four years and graduated July 2013 with a degree in Public Relations and minor in Marketing. Throughout college, Courtney interned with Cumulus Media where she earned recognition on the Dean’s list and received the Professional Development Award. Courtney was actively involved on campus as a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority, American Marketing Association, and Public Relations Student Society of America.
After graduation, Courtney accepted a Concierge position with the City Club of Buckhead in September and was promoted to the Asst. Membership Director in December where she performs sales related activities, marketing, and hosting new member orientations and networking events. Courtney has been with CCB for six months and currently a member of Junior Chamber International and the Metro Atlanta Chamber.

California born Tamara Diahann is the Founder and Editor of BOSSNews Atlanta the “Publication for the Female Over-Achiever.” While trying to expand her personal training company back in 2011, Tamara found it difficult to find one location for sound better business advice and resources. Taking the saying “be the change you want to see in the world” literally, Tamara launched BOSSNews in September of 2013. Its purpose is to become the hub of information for personal and professional development for female executives and entrepreneurs around the country.
