Steve Keck has been an advocate for business owners his entire career. Inspired by the creativity and ingenuity he saw, Steve worked through banking to help clients navigate the process of financing and cash management. He began to see each office he worked in as a relational sphere where clients could solve problems for clients and build a stronger community. Intrinsically developing “relational maps” and business networks, Steve realized that helping business owners solve their non-bank related problems often stabilized their business finances and improved the lives of the owners and their employees. And thus, an idea was born.
As Chief Navigation Officer, Steve created a methodology to identify what is needed to foster a business idea, bring resources to protect it, and ultimately stabilize that idea for greater profitability. The primary focus of his methodology filters through the belief that business success should not rob the personal lives of a business owner or their employees.
Steve graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Management and Finance. He became a branch manager 14 months into a banking career and spent a decade as a “branch turnaround specialist,” taking struggling offices and sales people and putting them on top production trajectories. The last several years he focused specifically with business owners as a Business Cash Strategist and SBA Lender helping clients navigate the recession. He has watched first-hand how difficult the lending environment has been for business owners and teaches his clients how to navigate it.
